The Department of Campus Recreation provides numerous opportunities for our patrons to meet their fitness goals. Whether you like to work out in a group, with a trainer, or go solo, we offer the resources and qualified staff to serve your needs.

Fitness Activities 

The Fitness Department also offers non-credit activities to provide educational experiences for a wide variety of interests. The activities offered include Dance, Martial Arts, Self-Defense, and Fitness Training classes. Fitness Activities are available to members of Campus Recreation as well as Non-Members.

Turbokick™ and PiYo™ Certifications Coming to Campus Rec this Fall!

University of Arizona Campus Rec, Tucson, AZ: Sept. 19th & 20th from 9-5pm — The Turbokick™ and PiYo™ Instructor Training courses prepares Group Exercise Instructors to teach basic to advanced Kickboxing and Pilates/Yoga combination classes. It allows instructors the freedom to design their own classes with their own music or the option of using our pre-designed class formats and music. Unlike many other instructor trainings, you will leave with everything you need to start teaching right away! For more information, visit www.turbokick.com
