The Department of Campus Recreation provides numerous opportunities for our patrons to meet their fitness goals. Whether you like to work out in a group, with a trainer, or go solo, we offer the resources and qualified staff to serve your needs.

Fitness Lectures & Classes

The Recreation Center is hosting a fitness conference in October!

FitnessFest is the largest land and aqua conference in the Southwest! Waterworks offers FitnessFest twice a year - in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. FitnessFest is an event for novice and/or advanced land and aquatic instructors, personal trainers, mind/body practitioners, and FITNESS ENTHUSIASTS! We invite the finest presenters from around the country to FitnessFest and participants can earn all their Continuing Education Credits in one weekend!

Developed by Powder Blue Productions, PiYo™ brings you the perfect blend of Pilates and Yoga. This unique fusion of Pilates and Yoga includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants.
