Long Course for Pool Begins May 14th

The pool will change to Long Course on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 am to 9 am (pool closed for transition 9-9:30a) beginning on Monday, May 14. To see the complete pool set-up schedule for the summer, click here.

Sand Volleyball, Indoor Soccer- Registration Open for Summer Intramurals

Registration runs May 2-25 for Summer Intramurals (Season E). Community 4-on-4 Sand Volleyball and 6-on-6 Indoor Soccer is kicking off this June. Summer in Tucson means beach volleyball–so grab your friends and have some fun in the sun. If you prefer to beat the heat, stay inside and experience the excitement of indoor soccer. Three Arizona Wildcat Hockey Student Athletes Named ACHA Academic All Americans

Seniors Geordy Weed, Shane MacLachlin and Sean MacLachlin were each named to the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division I Academic All American team in recognition for their exceptional academic dedication and achievement in addition to their outstanding contributions to Arizona Wildcat Hockey. Congratulations!

Congrats TRICATS!!

Best showing ever for the TRICATS at the USA Triathlon National Collegiate Championships—Men’s Team finished 2nd overall and the Mixed Team finished 8th. Special kudos go out to Ben Canute (Male Undergraduate National Champion) for 3rd place overall and Luke McGuire for 5th place for male graduates. Way to go CATS!

Arizona Club Baseball’s Pitcher Honored

Jimmy Westling of the Arizona Club Baseball teams has earned NCBA (National Club Baseball Association) Pitcher of the Week honors for two weeks in a row.

Jimmy pitched against ASU in the first week for the win with 7 innings pitched, 1 walk, 1 hit and 11 strikeouts. This week, he pitched against #2 ranked Colorado State for the win with 7 innings pitched, 1 run, 2 walks, 3 hits and 13 strikeouts!
